I checked the turbo actuator pulling vacuum with a Mityvac and it seems to move at around 5 in and stops about 18 in. I checked the vacuum out out of the pump with a gage and it is 20 in.Hg. Unfortunately I did not check what it started with. The factory sticker looks like it says -.5. 5 when revved so I think it is a 'real' zero. I checked the Torsion value with the VCDS and adjusted it to 0. I am new to the VCDS but I think I got one to continue checking things. I would have done it at the same time but the parts didn't come in. I replaced all seals and some of the clips and doggie collar because everything was pretty loose but that didn't help. The car is slow and tops out at about 50 mph. I used the correct tools and everything seemed to go well, but when I did a test drive it didn't have any power. I did a few other things like fuel filter and air filter at the same time. Everything was running fine before I started but it had at least 90,000 on the timing belt so I decided to change the timing belt. I have been reading the forum and watching YouTube but this car is kicking my butt!
